Where can I purchase your products?

Currently we only sell our products online and you can find them on our online shop here.

How do I track my order?

When your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status with Australia Post. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Please note that furry friend bowls are only posted at the start of the month so the wait time for shipping details may be longer,

 

If you haven’t received your order within 12 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at studio@pipnsqueek.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

If the furry friend bowls are ceramic how do you ship them without them breaking?
All bowls are wrapped very carefully to ensure they have the best chance during its travels. If however in the unlikely event the bowl does break in transport you can get in contact with us here.
Why is there a wait on the Furry Friend bowls?
All our Furry Friend bowls are hand made to order and to stay as environmentally friendly as possible we only fire our bowls at the end of each month. Therefore if you order at any point before the 20th of each month your bowl will be shipped at the end of that month. 
Can I put my Furry Friend Bowl in the microwave?
All our Furry Friend bowls are microwave safe, however as they are hand made we don't recommend they are used in the microwave, as they can get quite hot and compromise the strength of the bowl over time. 
I would really like to have some custom ceramics made, can you do that?
Brittany is our ceramicist and she will take on a select number of custom commissions for commercial and personal creative projects. Please email us, and if she has capacity, she will get back to you!

What size am I? 
Sizing for each listing will be at the end of the photos for the listing! All items run true to size unless stated otherwise! Pip 'n Squeek Tees and Crewnecks are preshrunk for a cozy fit. You can find our Size Chart on each product page.
How do I care for my apparel?
You will receive a tag with the instructions on how to care for you garment when you order, however we also have it listed here: Please cold wash all apparel inside out and air dry. For boutique clothing you must check the individual tag for best care instruction! We are not responsible for incorrect washing. 
How do I get my image onto the custom tee?
You will receive an email once your order has been placed by our co-creative Stacey. The email will tell you how to send an image of what you would like on your T-Shirt and will provide you the opportunity to add any extra information about the image. If there are any concerns or questions she will get in touch with you again. 
Do I need to have a drawing for the personalised tee?
No, all you need to provide us with is a photograph of what you would like printed on the tee. Stacey will then draw your image by hand and print it onto your t-shirt of choice. 
Why do you donate funds for certain coloured t-shirt purchases?
At Pip 'n Squeek we really hope to make an impact beyond our small business. The two chosen charities Save the Bee's and Sea Shepherd Conservation Society are both close to Brittany and Stacey's hearts. Taking a portion of the sales and donating them to charity is important to us and we hope to make even the smallest difference.
 
Why aren't all tees available in kids sizes?
Although not outlined on each product page we can do a custom order of a kids size if you would like. Just get in touch with us here.
